  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    We  accept all major debit and credit cards. We also accept cash, Paypal and AfterPay


    FSA or HSA is welcome however, we will not  bill or seek any reimbursement  from insurance providers.

  • Do you accept health insurance?

     We do not accept health insurance for our services. Many health insurance carriers consider our services elective.

  • Can you send my prescriptions to be filled at my local pharmacy?

    Prescriptions will only be filled by a 503A/503B compunding pharmacy that has been carefully selected by our provider.  This is to ensures that the quality, as well as the timeliness of your prescription meets our standards.

  • I just had labs drawn, can I use them?

    If your labs were drawn less than 6 months ago and it is a comprehensive panel, we will accept them. 

  • I don't have a PCP, Can I establish here?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer Primary Care services. All patients in our weight loss program must be under the care of the a primary care provider. 

  • What are your business hours?

    We are available by appointment only M-Th evenings, Friday 10a-5p and Saturday 10a-3p.  Please refer to our appointment calendar for current openings.
